Know Me

Hello! I’m Allison Rocca, LCSW, LCADC, and I am passionate about supporting adolescents (ages 13+), young adults, and families in Bergen County, New Jersey, South Carolina, Massachusetts, and beyond as they navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master’s in Social Work in 2020, and for the past six years, I have been dedicated to helping clients build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

I believe that therapy works best when it is built on trust, safety, and a strong therapeutic relationship. Many clients come to therapy feeling unsure, guarded, or overwhelmed, and that’s okay. I strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move at their own pace. My role is not to judge or “fix,” but to walk alongside you as you gain insight, build skills, and work toward the life you want to live.

My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique goals and needs. I work best with clients who are open to engaging in the therapeutic process, even if they are unsure where to begin. If you are ready to take steps toward personal growth and wellness, I would be honored to support you on your journey.

I work with clients on issues including anxiety and stress management, life transitions and personal growth, eating challenges and body image concerns, substance use and addictive behaviors, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and peer, family, and relationship challenges.
